Design-build construction contract for a new consolidated warehouse facility the project will result in the construction of a general storage warehouse. The facility will provide space for storage and supporting administrative and building support functions. Site preparation includes site clearing and grubbing, cut and fill, grading, and erosion and sedimentation control features. Site development will include utility connections as well as stormwater management, site access, adjacent roadway improvements, and pedestrian improvements.
