The Town of Florence seeks a contractor to book, coordinate, and manage entertainment for its 2027 Fourth of July Freedom Fest at the Multipurpose Fields, serving an anticipated audience of more than 6,000. The contractor will recommend and secure up to three musical acts, negotiate artist agreements, coordinate artist and production logistics, and provide on-site entertainment management within a Town-approved artist budget of $30,000 to $50,000. The Town intends to award one contract, and proposals are due December 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Arizona time.
