SS4A Demonstration Project Design and Construction Engineering and Inspection Services Request for Letters of Interest

Description: The City of Rogers is seeking letters of interest from consulting firms to provide engineering, design, and construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services for three temporary roadway-safety demonstration projects funded under the federal Safe Streets and Roads for All program. The work includes construction-document design for West Persimmon Street, South 5th Street, and six Railyard Loop Trail crossings, anticipated Phase 2 CEI, pre- and post-installation data collection, and a final USDOT evaluation report with performance measures, lessons learned, and a local traffic-calming toolkit. The City expects to award one design-and-CEI contract through a qualifications-based selection, with submissions due by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on November 3, 2026.
