Work includes : 88,258 SF remove and replace - 4" class "a" reinforced concrete sidewalk; 5,000 SF 6" class "c" reinforced concrete alley pavement including curb; 5,000 SF saw, remove and dispose of concrete street, driveway, or alley pavement including curb ; 30,000 SF 4" topsoil with block sod to match existing; 2 EA project signs; see attached file.

Work consists of removal of existing 72,554 SY of asphalt pavement, base course as needed, and sections of sidewalk and curb. Installation of approx 1,787 LF of new 6" pvc c900 water main, including new service connections and fire hydrants. Construction of new pavement consisting of a structural section with 3" of asphalt concrete over existing or new aggregate base course (abc) as needed. All sidewalk and ramps will be replaced to comply with ADA standards.
