Structural stabilization and restoration of the high priority exterior marble work. The work includes: raking and repointing open joints around all lower dentils and the lower cornice, and installation of t-caps in sky-facing lower cornice joints; installation of fiberglass pins and adhesive to unstable dentils, lower cornice sections, finials, headers, column scrolls, and other overhead projections; installation of dutchman repairs with blind pins to spalled lower dentils, lower cornice sections, and areas of the band courses; installation of marble patch repairs to lower dentils, lower cornice sections, and areas of the band courses; crack repairs to lower dentils, lower cornice, finials, headers, column scrolls, and other overhead projections; and consolidation treatment to lower dentils, lower cornice sections, areas of the band courses, and column scrolls, as further defined on the drawings.
