Pump House Improvements RFP

Description: Work includes, but is not limited to, replacing the well pump, replacing both high lift pumps, replacing the bladder tanks with five new units, replacing the chlorine feed pump, replacing select piping, fittings, valves, appurtenances, insulating new piping, adding concrete to the existing bladder tank pads, preparing and painting the exterior doors and associated frame, conducting three separate temporary workarounds to ensure water service is maintained while replacing the well pump, two high lift pumps, bladder tanks, and piping as well as all materials, demolition work, equipment, labor, and incidentals required for the complete improvements to the supply, treatment, and storage for the water system.
