Parks and Rec Sponsorship Program Management Services RFP

Description: The Town of Gilbert seeks a full-service sponsorship management partner for the Gilbert Parks & Recreation Department. The work includes managing the sponsorship cycle for Cactus Yards, evaluating special-event sponsorship assets, and potentially expanding the program to Gilbert Regional Park, Desert Sky Park, and other Town facilities or programs. The initial agreement runs through June 30, 2028, with up to three additional one-year renewal terms.
