NCEM SERT Exercise Services

Description: The North Carolina Department of Public Safety, through the NCEM Exercise Branch, seeks vendors to design, conduct, and evaluate all-hazards discussion-based and operations-based exercises using HSEEP. The work includes reviewing emergency plans and assessing 32 core capabilities across the five mission areas of the National Preparedness Goal, with exercise scenarios, supporting materials, and after-action reports. The three-year contract includes quarterly exercises and a larger statewide functional exercise each year, supported by qualified facilitators and evaluators.
