Construction of a prefabricated household hazardous waste depot. The scope of work includes the removal of existing asphalt ground surface, the construction of a reinforced concrete pad, procurement and installation of a prefabricated 20’x50’ single story building, chain link fencing, electric power connections to an existing onsite service, repaving of disturbed asphalt surfacing, and buildout of the prefabricated building. Buildout includes but is not limited to a mini split heat pump system, ventilation, waterless fire suppression, required alarms, and air monitoring equipment/sensors, and all other ancillary activities required to complete the project.
