Energy Model Management and Maintenance Services

Description: UMass Chan Medical School seeks a vendor to build a baseline campus-wide energy model for its Worcester campus and provide management, maintenance, calibration, quarterly validation, and technical support over a three-year term. The work covers hourly simulation models for 15+ campus buildings, updates after capital projects, scenario analyses, measurement-and-verification support, and documentation with version control. The contractor must follow UMass Chan’s Clean Energy Modeling Guidelines (August 2025) and applicable Massachusetts law, privacy, PCI-DSS, and University contract requirements.
