ARC: Litter Removal for Parks RFP
The City of Richardson seeks a contractor to remove litter at city parks, athletic sites, and public-building grounds. Work includes inspecting and collecting litter across turf, fence lines, athletic fields, restrooms, landscape beds, playgrounds, pond banks, creeks, and wooded areas, as well as servicing receptacles, dog-waste dispensers, and grills. The initial contract term is 12 months from award, with up to four additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement.
