Design-Build Maintenance and Repair of Army Reserve Equipment Concentration Site at North Fort Hood, TX

Description: This two-phase design-build RFP seeks a firm-fixed-price contract to repair and expand Maintenance Building 56767 at the Army Reserve Equipment Concentration Site at North Fort Hood, Texas. The work includes repairs to HVAC, electrical, fire protection, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, accessibility features, and other facility systems, with an estimated construction magnitude of $10 million to $25 million. Phase II selected offerors will be evaluated under a best-value tradeoff process covering design, management, schedule, price, bonding, and financial-ability information.
