Description: This project involves constructing a new gazebo in the previous gazebo. The new gazebo structure is to be erected using the existing concrete foundation piers. The scope of work includes approx. of construction of the new gazebo structure, including furnishing of all construction materials, custom steel connectors, millwork, skilled carpentry, and finish painting. Construction of the concrete ADA ramp including all formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete placement, concrete finishing, and custom painting of finished ramp structure furnishing and installing custom fabricated steel railing system.

The selected independent audit firm will conduct a comprehensive annual financial audit of all Township funds in accordance with U.S. GAAP, Government Auditing Standards, and applicable State of Michigan regulations. The auditor will express an opinion on the basic financial statements, prepare required reports on internal control over financial reporting and compliance, and perform a Single Audit for major federal programs if necessary. Additionally, the engagement includes applying limited procedures to Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), presenting audit results to the Board of Trustees, delivering 15 bound copies of the financial statement along with digital files, and retaining audit documentation for three years.
