NIGP Leadership Summit 2026 is a three-day mega leadership event designed to recharge leaders and reignite their purpose. It brings together procurement leaders at every stage — emerging, experienced, and newly elected chapter leaders — for transformative learning, collaboration, and inspiration. The summit provides a curated, high-impact experience focused on groundbreaking leadership insights, fresh perspectives, and human connection, set against the backdrop of the Sonoran Desert in Tucson, Arizona. Attendees will participate in plenary and networking sessions, then break into specialized groups for targeted learning and breakout sessions across three distinct programs: EDGE for emerging leaders, IMPACT for mid to senior-level procurement leaders, and ACADEMY for newly elected chapter leaders.
