Elevate Conscious Discipline Educator Conference 2026

Elevate Conscious Discipline is a professional development conference for educators, by educators. This education event unites active teachers, school leaders, specialists, and school administrators to develop customized plans for contemporary educational challenges through empathy, communal effort, and sustainable success. The conference empowers attendees with the mindset and skillset for Conscious Discipline, an adult-first, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approach that integrates social-emotional learning, school culture, and discipline. It addresses implicit biases and utilizes a Brain State Model for self-regulation in adults and children. Attendees will learn to create a culture of trust, connection, and healing, respond proactively to behavioral challenges, and develop plans to support the self-regulation, wellness, achievement, and growth needs of all stakeholders including teachers, administrators, support staff, students, and families.
