Village of Dansville Board of Trustees Special Meeting Minutes
The Board of Trustees held a special meeting, during which Bradley Laverty was appointed as a part-time Code Enforcement Officer, Jessica Nolan was reappointed as Village Clerk/Treasurer, and Alma Fonte was reappointed as Deputy Clerk/Treasurer. Following the appointments, the Village Clerk/Treasurer administered the oath of office to Bradley Laverty. The public hearing regarding E-bikes was canceled. Mayor Haywood provided information to the board about the Chicken Law, Tree Law, park vandalism, and e-bikes. Mayor Haywood will be meeting with Attorney Vogel to discuss the stance on NY Ministries attorney.
