Discussions also covered the methodology used by five task forces to develop the plan and the maintenance of the college's small, close-knit community feel even in an online format. Academic Affairs highlighted efforts to ensure learning remains relevant and reciprocal, detailing the use of Canvas and Microsoft Teams for course delivery, including the adoption of flipped classroom models. Student Affairs addressed efforts to foster personal, social, and professional development within both the residential and online communities, mentioning orientation efforts and the implementation of a 'Yo Pact' social compact for safety.
