The State of Tennessee's Learning Agenda is a strategic roadmap designed to build and utilize research and evidence to address critical challenges and inform decision-making from fiscal year 2025 to 2030. It aims to reinforce a focus on learning, foster cross-agency collaboration, and catalyze innovation beyond state government. The agenda prioritizes generating credible information and evidence across five key areas: Education Quality and Access, Workforce Development and Employment, Rural Development and Conservation, Strong Families and Communities, and Government Efficiency and Effectiveness, with the goal of integrating newfound insights into budgetary and administrative decisions.
