Alameda County is soliciting proposals for a vendor to provide and coordinate comprehensive medical care for the justice-involved population at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, California; this is a services procurement, not a grant program. Required services include prescribing and administering medication, women’s health, dental care, clinic time, mental-health coordination, CalAIM reentry coordination, and cooperation with the Sheriff’s Office, local hospitals, and the county behavioral-health department. The planned contract is three years with an option to renew for two years; a site walk and bidders conference on November 12, 2026 is mandatory, and proposals are due January 6, 2027 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific.
